Here at Lifecentral Church we are passionate about young people that’s why there’s so much available for teenagers to engage with church life. Most of our youthwork takes place in Halesowen on our youth floor which is called ‘The Hub’, although there are some events that take place at our other locations. Take a look at what’s available.
Excel (School Years 7-9)
Every Sunday at whichever location you choose, join us to explore faith together in a fun and engaging way. You’ll join with the adults for the first part of the service and then we’ll head out at the appropriate time for an action packed session that is relevant to you and your world.
Crews (School Years 7-13)
If you’re in years 7-13 then make sure you come down to the youth floor Wednesdays 7-9pm (term time) and get involved in one of our crews. Sport, games, dance, music, craft…. there is loads going on at Crews. You’ll spend time getting to know people, engaging in the crew of your choice and around 30-40 minutes looking at that week’s spiritual content.
Threads (School Years 7-13)
Threads is our event for all young people. It’s a great opportunity for young people to gather to have fun, worship and hear a talk that is engaging and relevant to their everyday life. Threads happens once a month on Sunday evening from 6:15pm – 8pm and moves around our locations, so do remember to check the location. The planned dates are shown below –
The Hub
This isn’t just the name for our youth floor but it is also the name of our Friday night youth club. Come along from 8-10pm (term time) to enjoy various activities including; FIFA, pool, football, jukebox, air hockey, sumo suits, live concerts and much more. Hub is open for school year 7 up to aged 18 and is £1 for members, £2 for non-members.
