This role is supporting the office administrator and staff team by being present in the reception office and providing guidance to visitors and help to staff. At times it’s quiet and at times it’s busy. If you like interacting with and helping people then this could be a role for you.

Note: Office hours are Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 3pm.

ROLE DESCRIPTION & REGISTER

Location
Main Auditorium reception.

Times
Requirement: At least one day a week in either or both of the following times:
Morning 8:30am – 12pm
Afternoon 12pm – 3pm

What we’re looking for
Someone who likes interacting with people.
Basic computer skills.
Good phone manner.
Willing to help with other assorted tasks (no two days are necessarily alike).
