WELCOME BACK TO CHURCH.

WATCH OUR WALKTHROUGH VIDEO SO YOU KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT.

We're looking forward to seeing you!

Here's what we're doing to keep you safe!

BOOK YOUR TICKETS.

HERE'S WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

ARRIVE
EARLY.

In order to enable a socially distanced entry in time we need you to arrive between 30 and 15 mins early. We need to make sure everyone is seated 5 minutes before the service is due to start.

PARK YOUR CAR CORRECTLY.

Please use Barnardos car park for the 10am service. If you need to use our disabled parking spaces please indicate to our team on arrival.

ONLY YOUR HOUSEHOLD.

Please only book tickets for members of your own household and/or support bubble. You can indicate if you wish to sit near someone from another household but we will need you to arrive together as we will allocate your seats on arrival.

WEAR A
MASK.

We need you to wear a mask or visor the entire time you are inside our building unless you are medically exempt.

DO NOT CONGREGATE.

Although you can congregate outdoors in groups of no more than 6 people, we ask that you make a speedy return to your car so that we are sending the right message to our community that we are observing the given guidelines.

DON'T
SING.

Government guidelines still prevent us from singing, however you can still engage with worship without singing.

WE KNOW YOU MIGHT HAVE QUESTIONS. SO HOPEFULLY THESE FAQ'S MIGHT HELP!

From 2nd May we will be allowing Primary School aged children and older to attend the services. Please note that Parents/Guardians must be responsible for keeping children in their seats and socially distanced.

As we are producing lots of content and connection for children, our service content will remain the same. If you are bringing a child, you should expect that they will be seated for approximately 75 minutes.

In keeping with Government guidelines for Places of Worship, we are currently unable to open the usual areas of connection that you’ll be used to and we are unable to serve tea & coffee. We encourage you to bring your own refreshments. Your entrance and the exiting of our buildings will be directed by our onsite teams and we respectfully ask for you to abide by any instructions or requests made of you by our team.

We’re still encouraging everyone to give online via our giving page, however, at each of our services there will be an offering station which will be situated along your exit route.

Under 5s provision (Gems & Adventurers) is now available in person. Parents must register their child by emailing sam.hughes@lifecentralchurch.org.uk – Please wait until you have received confirmation BEFORE you book a ticket for the service.

Kids Tribes & Excel will continue to run online for the time being.

Gems & Adventurers (0-5s) is available from 7am every Sunday on LifecentralKids YouTube channel.

Explorers & Pioneers (5-11s) is streamed live at 9am followed by small groups on Zoom afterwards.

Excel (11-14s) content is available from 7am and our small groups meet on Zoom at 11:30am. Those in Primary School and above are welcome to book a ticket and join us in the service (see Age Restrictions tab for full info).

Social distancing means that we will not be able to facilitate times of ministry at the front or engage in the practice of laying on hands whilst praying. Though this is a current restriction, don’t let it stop you letting us know if you require prayer or if you want to talk with us further – you can still do this by visiting our Say One For Me page.

If you are attending in person you will be unable to watch the pre & post service hangout due to the entry and exit process. It is available in full on our Facebook page for you to watch on demand at home if you wish.

You will be able to use the toilets at either end of our auditorium. You’ll need to follow our one way system and only 2 people are able to enter the toilets at a time.

If our service does reach it’s limited capacity and you can’t get a seat we’d encourage you to periodically check the ticketing site as more tickets may become available. Please only book tickets that you fully intend to use and return if you’re not able to use them by clicking the link on your confirmation email, calling our office on 0121 501 3542 or contacting our Facebook page.

If tickets regularly sell out we may ask people to book in every 2 weeks to allow others the chance to attend.

We are taking the time to experiment with how we provide meaningful experiences in person, online and in our locations. We are therefore only opening for 1 service at the moment but hope to increase to 2 services in due time.
