The Caretaker is a key role in the organisation, ensuring a high level of facility presentation, maintenance, and service to users of the buildings (staff, tenants, audiences, event hirers, local community etc.). The role will be to work as part of the Operational Team assisting with both facility hire, and the upkeep and maintenance of the facilities.

The key tasks and responsibilities of this role will ensure our buildings are well-maintained and that all groups including hirers, have reliable and professional support from dedicated facilities staff.
The role is permanent and Full-Time (37.5 hours per week), based upon completion of probationary period.
