We have 2 values that are intertwined into all that we do in our kids ministry: FAITH & FUN. Everything that we do must have an element of both these values and as a small group leader you will aim to create small groups where kids have loads of fun and can grow in their faith.
Small Group Leaders serve as part of the Explorers & Pioneers team which is for children in school years reception to year 6. Every team member is allocated to a school year based small group of children where they lead those children in small group activities based around the theme for that week.
Time and Location
Sunday 9:15am – 11:00am – Kids Floor, Owen House.
Sunday 11:00am – 1:15pm – Kids Floor, Owen House.

Anything else:
We want to provide consistency and build relationships within our small groups which is why we ask team to commit to every Sunday, unless away on holiday or ill. This role requires team members to complete an application, basic safeguarding training and a DBS check.
