Association of Christian Counsellors
The Association of Christian Counsellors are offering free counselling for NHS workers impacted by COVID-19 including for all medical staff and those in ancillary roles in an NHS setting (e.g. nursing assistants, cleaners, porters, paramedics and anyone working within ambulance services. MENTAL HEALTH | ANXIETY | WORRY
Lighthouse Counselling
Lighthouse Counselling are offering free telephone support sessions lasting 30-50mins to people who are experiencing anxiety or mental health issues. They are offering some solution focussed coping mechanisms to support mental or emotional wellbeing, signposting and offering prayer support when requested.
